We do not see any of our customers’ payment information. All payment data is securely processed through Shopify Payments. Please refer to our FAQ for more information.

 

Order Processing Times

Our current order processing times are 1-5 business days.

The shipping option you select at checkout can speed up the delivery of your order once it is shipped, but it does not speed up order processing times.

Please keep in mind that this is a handmade product created, packaged, and shipped by a small family operation. We strive for the fastest turnaround times possible, but our operations are not automated.

 

Shipping Options

Melody Sage Arts ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS). For your convenience, we offer both ‘Ground Advantage’ and ‘Priority Mail’ shipping options. Our current flat-rate shipping prices are:

USPS Ground Advantage - $6.00

USPS Priority Mail - $12.00
